- Premium Indian Tonic Water
- Garnish: Lime zest and baby’s breath flowers
Method
Fill a glass with high-quality ice. Add the gin and top with tonic.Garnish with lime zest and baby’s breath flowers for a vibrant finish.
FYNBOS MARTINI
Clean & Botanical
Ingredients
- 50 ml Inverroche Classic Gin
- 10 ml Dry Vermouth
- Lime Zest
Method
Add the gin and vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice. Squeeze and drop in the lime zest. Stir slowly until the liquid is chilled and beautifully balanced.
THE BEE’ TENDER
Bright & Citrusy
Ingredients
- 40 ml Inverroche Classic Gin
- 25 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 75 ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 20 ml Agave Syrup
- Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled. Fine strain into a glass and serve immediately.
INVER SOURZ
Tropical & Herbaceous
Ingredients
- 50 ml Inverroche Classic Gin
- 35 ml Coconut Water
- 25 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Agave Syrup
- 10 ml Aquafaba (or egg white)
- Half a Fresh Granadilla
- 5 - 6 Rocket Leaves
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake to emulsify. Add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a glass with a large ice cube.
THE GOUKOU
Bitter & Elegant
Ingredients
- 40 ml Inverroche Classic Gin
- 20 ml Lillet
- 20 ml Bitter Aperitif (e.g. Aperol)
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir gently until perfectly diluted and chilled. Strain into a coupe.
BLOMBOS
Fruity & Floral
Ingredients
- 50 ml Inverroche Classic Gin
- 5 - 6 Fresh Peach Chunks
- 20 ml Lavender & Peach Syrup
- Top with Litchi Soda
Method
Muddle the peach in a shaker. Add gin and syrup, then shake with ice. Strain into a glass over a solid ice block and top with litchi soda.
